The news here was constantly showing another guy laying on the ground surrounded by police but it was just somebody who had been ordered to do so for whatever reason. He was on the news for hours but the anchor did point out once they found out that the shot was not of one of the suspects.

Sigh the police ordered the guy to strip.

I think the police conducted their operation fairly well and methodically, I don't really think the FBI or police have gone wrong in this investigation but I don't think they;re immune to fuck ups.
