I did catch the first DI bit where he announced that their lawyers had indeed told them they do need a license....Couldn't help but think, "surely you'd get that confirmed before you got folk to throw wedge at you?"

It seemed logical for them to sort out licensing but it seems it was a bolt from the blue! Naive or what. Out of interest I emailed Ofcom about TPV in October - not to tell, honest :hahano: but could it really have been down to me that Ofcom contacted TPV two weeks ago?! :cool: However, Ofcom weren't completely transparent in their reply. Regulation is also controlled by the Authority for Television on Demand and overall it looks like TPV is currently wading through bureaucratic shite.

Nah, worst case scenario is "the man" shutting it down and the family Icke keeping all the cash raised so far.......then the cash raised for an appeal can be kept as well. ;)

Yeah seans a bit touchy aint he, he was going on about uploading tpv show from last night, i only asked him if he could edit out gareths singing and he banned me ..

well I'm going to donate £1 a month to the cause of TPV because I do prefer people to succeed than fail and I feel sorry for the people who have raised £300,000 to make this happen.
