I am a regular poster over at DIF, so I have signed up under another name here as I don't want to get banned over there, just yet.
It is disgraceful what is happening over there right now, the treatment of F+C is absolutely disgusting and he should definitely consider suing, how anybody could even consider ripping off somebody like that is beyond me and to do it so blatantly in front of people who have donated money to the cause makes me feel sick. It proves that they have absolutely no compassion nor empathy for "the people" which is hugely ironic and very insulting. If they can treat people who are genuinely trying to help them, in that despicable way, then their intentions are not what they say they are.
You shall know a tree by it's fruit, seems like a good adage to use here.
Concerning the forum in general:
The Mods have become power crazy, people who profess to be Spiritual do not have the first idea, spirituality requires truth, dignity and integrity, something which the Mods do not display, there is no even handedness nor fairness regarding moderation decisions, certain people seem to have complete freedom to troll and insult people at will.
It is very disappointing to be honest, lots of brilliant posters have ben silenced and banned, very intellectual/interesting people are expunged from the forum, it seems the moderation team are scared of intellectual people, see them as a threat. I have seen the same tactics used over and over, a really interesting intellectual thread will be attacked by the same people, the thread will be derailed by the same tactics and eventually the intellectual people will be moderated and banned.
It's almost as if the forum has been infiltrated to keep people in the dark about important issues, the forum now has a very bad energy, the moderation team are tinged with something that is not good. They allow people to portray people who eat excrement in a good light, they allow attack dogs to insult and berate innocent people over and over.
The moderation team have swallowed a bitter pill, but to them it tastes sweet but I feel that they are too far gone to realise, the Cult of Icke and the massive Ego that it has afforded them has engulfed them to the point of insanity. They spend massive amounts of their time and energy, without recompense, defending a person who rips a well meaning member of the public off, who offered their help free of charge to a cause that they thought was pure.
That alone should make them think.
But it won't, the massive ego they have is being fed by the fact that they think that Davis Ickes cares about the job they are doing.
Once they realise, I feel they will be devastated.
Quite tragic really.
