Take responsibility for a, (not even), half-arsed business plan which had no fucking idea of what it's projected capital and maintenance costings would be?
Nope!

Outline of who the proposed advertisers may be to sustain the basics?
Nope!
(In short, no grasp of either projected income or expenditure)

Ensure technical competences on hand to deliver the product?
Nope
