Liz Roberts wasn't even on the scene in September when the studio was secured. The rent for Wembley Point is normally higher than this for this space. Maybe she's getting confused with the £1,200 rent that Ritchie Allen is paying, sorry TPV, for his rent of a house in Wembley?

So whats Liz doing working on the comedic expenditure sheet?

Not saying this is the advert for the office they are renting as it is a bit vague on what the floor space is but it looks similar and is from last year:
www.zoopla.co.uk/to-rent/details/28054492
Think it should say £11.00 a sq metre/£1.04 a sq foot in the narrative below based on other office prices. Biggest office space seems to around the 8400 sq ft mark. So it would depend on how much of the floor they are renting.

Agree that there is likely to be money owing to creditors - the beer mat figures I'm assuming is just the money that has left the bank account mainly down to the way it was set out and it not making much sense.

I was told it was half of a floor at £1200pm

I tried contacting an agent and wembley point direct to find out how much it costs to rent, but haven't hard anything back

The point here is surely that the "accounts" produced by Liz Roberts showed that £1200 rent had been paid over a 7 month period, ie only £170 a month, not £1200 a month - let alone £2500.

I questioned this '£1,200 for six months rent' crap, and was assured on one of the threads that it was because David had negotiated a great deal.

In reality, Liz Roberts had dropped a major bollock when 'creating' the financial statement.

If the rent was not £1200 over the period but more like £1200 a month, that's a pretty big and obvious "blunder". ;)

Surely Icke vetted the account before it was put out?

Maybe numbers aren't his thing?

You couldn't rent a garage in Wembley for £170 a month!

Yet the page showing the financial statement clearly states from june 2013 to jan 2014 so the £1200 was for almost seven months rent at a state of the art building and the studios are hardly small they have half a floor.............. :O

The studio was secured from September 1st, so that's 5 full months x £2,500 = £12,500 so far. I don't know if they pay monthly. Richie Allen mentioned his rent for the Wembley house was £1,200 pcm so I think Liz Roberts got very confused and mis-reported that on the financial statement, probably innocently. Maybe the actual £2,500 office rent has not even be reported?? Let's face it, that financial statement rushed out in 24 hours earlier this month is BS.

What on earth was a producer doing drawing up an account? Don't they have anyone at TPV with a basic knowledge of bookkeeping?

Or are they all just MSM luvvies? ;)

I've known a few accountants whose grasp of numbers wasn't really their strong point.

Be interesting to see what the submitted accounts for the period May 13 to Oct 13 will be, though not sure the transparency statement will be backdated to this set of figures.

The statement is worth nothing. Icke could legitimately throw out any old crap at this stage. He clearly did.
All that matters is the return to HMRC. (That's if they ever put one in eh GP :D ) He is not legally beholden to his donators, he's asked them for cash, they gave him it. End of. Sad but true.
So long as the TPV return is backed up with paperwork and no profit is shown, he could lawfully keep this up for ever. Fleecing the gullible and hopeful ad infinitum.
Icke doesn't give a shit what the donators think. He knows they haven't got a legal leg to stand on. He built the studio. He puts on some shows. That's what he said he'd do. He is (or so he thinks) playing the game very wisely and no doubt has i9t set up to provide him with a nice earner or three on the side.
Trouble is, the good folks that frequented his forum and paid for his folly, got wise. The cashflow is drying up.
So soon, he will be on to plan B.

Someone on this thread a few pages back, said they were informed that she took two days to prepare that statement, even if it was 24 hours i find it very difficult to believe it was done in innocence....for her to even have that responsibility tells you that icke and sean have her close by....the statement was from june to jan, and only accounted for £1200 rent for that whole period....if you make that kind of statement after 24 hours there is something they are hiding, and it still did not account for all of the money either..... :scare:

Wasn't there 'accountancy fees' in the accounts?

That's another shocker! :eek2:

There was an expenditure of almost £2,000 for accoutancy/book-keeping.

Why weren't the expense figures ready to produce if they were paying accountants/book-keepers?

Why did Liz have to take a full day out of producing (a total pile of crap), as David stated in his pre-recorded statement with Ritchie?
