Think it should say £11.00 a sq metre/£1.04 a sq foot in the narrative below based on other office prices. Biggest office space seems to around the 8400 sq ft mark. So it would depend on how much of the floor they are renting.

Agree that there is likely to be money owing to creditors - the beer mat figures I'm assuming is just the money that has left the bank account mainly down to the way it was set out and it not making much sense.

it works every time, a local football team is going broke and a very last minute deal is brokered to save them, of course money has to be raised from the fans, the following week the ground is full, and prices are raised, they always have just enough but the budget is limited and it is always the fans fault. it is all about draining someone else's bank account and delivering nothing but the illusion of achievement,
when the money is drained to the full another buyer is found, fans are broken, people are let down, investments wasted, and it is never the fault of the organisers (who rejoin the curry club) its the fault of all the fans for not digging deep enough and letting themselves down.
there are a few still left on the other forum who are trying to awaken the ickiots without themselves being banned, but there is little hope as most of the newbies are plants and they are talking the operation up
