Gem Coles ahh thanks sylvia - so my question still stands - what does the drop in the amount asked for mean for phase 2 - it is a significant drop so there must be something that will have to 'go' as it were - and what are the big plans specifically? I understand that a wider audience can be reached from the middle east china and africa but content wise what changes have we got to look forward to?

As we mentioned on the indiegogo site, we have an offer to take the channel to a fully functional, state of the art broadcasting facility, which would entail broadcasting our content on satellite in places like Africa and the middle east and China. It would involve a financial commitment on our part. this was the reason for the current campaign.
