Well Hugo, it can be difficult to get carnal when you're in a relationship with someone who is emotionally abusive. A lack of communication can often be a kiss of death to a couple's sex life, as can resentment, hostility, arguments. Some people enjoy make up sex, while others just hate conflict.

What's it like for men? This is just my perspective and I only have a female one.

IDK about anyone else, but an abusive relationship pretty much just turns you completely off. There is no sexual attraction left after a while, even if their decent to you (basically) outside the bedroom.

Makeup sex is for little spats... nothing huge or anything, IMO.

I agree, if there's a lot of arguments I it builds resentment that's a huge passion killer. I don't get turned on by conflict or find it exciting at all.

But the individual human mind is a complex thing. I knew a girl whose husband beat her. I had been around them both plenty of times and never knew it until I asked her what happened to her pretty suede boots which she recently bought and wore all the time. She told me that her husband.... knowing how much she liked the boots.... waited until she was dressed and ready to go to work and then punched her in the face and threw her in the shower ruining the boots.

Since we are talking about orgasms, some females have very sensitive nipples, and if they are played with just right can spur on orgasm.

Sadly, most (if not all ) men that I have been with did not really know how to do much of anything right except take care of themselves. Oh sure, on the rare ocassion, an effort was made..... but I mostly came away disatisified. One time, when it was over, I excused myself to go to the bathroom and finished myself off. He was clearly spent and drifting off. Maybe I should have let him watch but he did not deserve it.
