To sum it up, at least from my perspective... It's baseless irrationality cultivated in fear and ignorance. Humans tend to fear what they don't fully understand. The mind then wanders and starts to fill in blanks with assumptions. Some people do this when they meet others with different genetic make-ups, because it doesn't fit with their 'accepted' ideas and foundations of how people should be. This can lead toward discrimination, violence, murder, and even genocide. For me a better question isn't so much what is racism, but rather why are people so fearful?
Form is merely a momentary manifestation of being, not a fixed reality.

History doesn't repeat itself, uninformed people repeat history.

To all progressive endeavors great or small, come unforeseen benefits on a scale larger than most give pause or contemplation of.

That's it for me in a nutshell. I don't even like the word racism. It should be breedism, because racism implies that some of us are not of humanity. We are different breeds from the same race.
