Call me a grumpy old woman if you want to, but I want to say this as a one off statement.

I normally greet most new members here, but I have got to the point where I am fed up extending the rainbow hand of friendship only to find that member is a troll/sock/whatever. I can hear Andy telling me now not to take it so personally :) , but I'm afraid I do. Whether it be in real life or here on the forum I expect people to be genuine and honest and I'm sick of having my trust thrown back in my face.

Oi and team do a first class job being our forum 'Crackers' (Robbie Coltraine) and I thank you for that. But given, as I understand it, the new first post 'vetting' procedure, I will save my welcomes for after 'due process' somewhere else on the forum.
