Attempted it once, and even with a high tolerance, I screamed...oh did I scream when that first strip was ripped clear . After I stopped screaming I said I'd shave the rest to match. I'd rather look like a gorilla than wax To each their own I guess... and I also hear it depends on the wax you're using/is being used, some sticks to your skins and almost yanks off the skin (or feels like it) and others only attach to the hair which lessens the pain.

I'm not being funny, and probably tmi, but I am blessed with a luxurious mane of dark, thick, glossy brunette hair. Unfortunately it's not just on my head.

Nothing wrong with nearly black hair on your head is there? Mine's very dark brown, probably black when wet (not really looked), but I like it.
