Doesn't the 'morning after' pill work prior to any foetus being formed? I can't say I've read up on it, but I just assumed it does, and if that's true, and it's effective, it should negate the problem.

I'm pro choice, and anti serial abuser, like Sketts, but I can understand why others feeling differently about it.

But I think I derailed things slightly with my suggestion that the babies' plight might have been what the tit head in the OP's article was referring to. Or at least , if it was, he should have clarified his point. Any bloke who goes around thinking rape's OK in any circumstance, and is part of God's plan is round the twist.

But at that stage, you wouldn't even know if there was a fertilised egg, and if there was, it wouldn't have had chance, presumably, to implant in the uterus- there'd be no HCG being produced at that stage - it could equally be washing away sperm & unfertilized egg

I'm anti serial abortionist, but I don't think anyone really has the right to tell a woman what to do with their body. Especially when there's physical and mental suffering involved.

That's true, but if you're taking the pill literally the morning after, there's no way of knowing at that stage if the egg has even been fertilised. fertilisation can happen within 3 days, or thereabouts.

Idk, but the Catholic Church regarded masturbation as sinful because of the wasted seed. Once the fetus is recognisably a thing and is in the womb, that's where I'd say life truly begins.

I want to say something very rude about the Catholic Church, but will refrain, out of respect for others who may find it offensive.

Some of the statements are, I think, not poorly intended but an unfortunate choice of language, but the 'easy rape' and 'enjoyable rape', you have to ask serious questions about those people's mental health.
