Things are still slow, even though I keep reading that property sales are picking up. The arseholes who live opposite me have had their house up for sale for a couple of years now. I'll dance a jig in the street when they get a buyer.

And my brother had a sale that fell through at the last minute, meaning his family are still living in that house in Jersey, while he's having to rent a place for his change of job, on the Isle of Man.
