Why would a person seem to want to control your life or tell you what is good for you and the way things should be,
Do they .................

a. Think your a dumb ass and don't know whats best for yourself?

b. Just doing what they want to do and your the means to a end and screw how you feel?

c. Actually just care about you but have a over aggressive personality and you think their a bitch at times?

d. Doesn't understand why you are standoffish with them?

could be any of those reasons. people can try to do shit and tell you things till they are hoarse but you got to make the choice to do what they tell you and accept what they say, otherwise they are just pissing in the wind. its a 2 way street. maybe they are a opinionated busy body. maybe they live vicariously. maybe they want to see what happens.

Probably the worst that can happen is that she throws a wobbler & clears off. At least you'd know where you stand.

There's clearly no need for you to if you're just standing your ground in a direct & reasonable manner, but because you've a nice nature, you might not see it for what it is at first.
