Give him the best advice you can and be frank and open with him, give him all your reasons and explain all your fears as a parent.

Once you've done that then leave him to do as he pleases.

Porn is not necessarily negative imho, trying to hide stuff like this from lads can be just as (if not more) negative than the porn itself.

Same applies to the girls too btw, its a shame tbh that its such a taboo subject, if we had less taboo and more openness with our kids then they wouldn't view parents as being twisted and have that much of a better outlook because of it.
Its nature at the end of the day, the key message is to be 'excellent to one another' as in Bill & Ted , mutual respect is the most important message you can give to your kids imho. It must not be one-sided.

As you know you can bloke sites if you choose too........however at 14 I'd doubt he he has cracked code for all the hardcore stuff?

My boy's 19 now so has gone through this and come out the other end unscathed

My advice is leave him be but keep a close eye.......spy at at a distance and be ready to shut it down if someone starts talking to him on him chat etc

Porn will happen......young men and women will say 'sex is normal' .......and it is but sometimes we as parents just want to prevent them from this when they are ony 14
