The thread I started about us perhaps being a parody of ourselves......i know it went to the vent room but now it's just gone poof and disappeared?

So are you guys just deleting threads without explanations? That's not very nice :(

Apparently it was accidentally permanently deleted, and this was announced in the thread, well the deleting bit, and it was then restored in the deleted threads forum.

dawn, i banned cloud / temp suspended. i deleted your parody thread, and i cleaned up this one. i think the reasons are obvious, parody thread turned into a bitching and shit stirring thread, cloud was being a cunt despite being asked and then told to control it, and this thread was heading that way. next time we can let it fester until everyone can hum and haw about it if you like

Not that I want to 'micro-manage' things, but personally I think the mod team are a bit vulnerable the way things stand at present. I said as much in conversation with Nov the other day.

You get someone deliberately being a tw@ on here, and people are disgruntled, and say that the troll should be banned and the moderators should moderate etc. But when they do moderate, that's not right either. :roll:

I'm happy with the way things have been handled.
