This is in a similar ballpark to the one I picked you up on the other day. It wasn't personal then and still isnt. It's just that I see a similar issue with the place as dm just posted. As humans we are all fallible and its understandable that in a place like this, those that have the responsibility of buttons may make mistakes. What I was worried about and still am is that this place doesnt become one where buttons are pressed for personal reasons, friendships or whatever. If we were to head down that route it would lead to regret imo. This place needs to be inclusive, it needs to allow all angles of perception a fair chance of expression. Disagreement is a good thing. If done with some basic respect.

My concern is that the forum is at risk of becoming a bit of a closed shop I suppose.

Without getting into it all again (obviously that means I'm gonna...a bit) I still don't concede that there was an abuse of authority as such on my part, however what I did get from it all and do concede was my calling him piss-pipe, a name I'd still openly use for him, was wrong. I shouldn't be posting personal 'touches' like that when posting in a facilitator's capacity, as I was. Whether I should be calling him piss-pipe or not in a personal capacity brings us nicely back on topic. :)
