Still externalising and unwilling to accept responsibility for your own thoughts, actions, words.
By externalising your "positive growth" you simply disempower yourself. The truth of the matter is that your "positive growth" is exactly that, YOURS!!!
It's an internal thing, something that YOU create.
While you can choose to avoid expressing responsibility, it doesn't change the fact that it IS your responsibility and you cannot avoid the consequences of your own thoughts, actions, words, after all, they are how you create your own unique experience of life.
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." - Eleanor Roosevelt
As all of life is one interconnected totality, then as you interact with an individuated aspect, so you interact with the totality and all other individuated aspects. In other words, what you do to one individuated aspect of life, you do to all individuated aspects of life. By ignoring something, all you will be doing is creating ignorance throughout your interaction with all individuated aspects of the totality.
"Reality does not change just because you do not like the data." - Sisterhood of Fine
Do you really, truly, honestly believe that you will achieve "positive growth" from a disempowered position of ignorance?
Until you change your self expression, you will continue to re-create your own individuated experience of life and experience the consequences of that self expression.
Has it even crossed your mind that this is the reason that I do not call you names like you do to me?
I am aware of what my self expression, my thoughts, my actions, my words, create for me, my unique individuated experience of life. I empower myself by accepting responsibility for my self expression and my experience of life.
Small souls who seek power over others first destroy the faith those others might have in themselves.
Leto II God Emporer
The convoluted wording of legalisms grew up around the necessity to hide from ourselves the violence we intend toward each other. Between depriving a man of one hour from his life and depriving him of his life there exists only a difference of degree. You have done violence to him, consumed his energy. Elaborate euphemisms may conceal your intent to kill, but behind any use of power over another the ultimate assumption remains: "I feed on your energy."
Addenda to Orders in Council The Emperor Paul Muad'dib
Anyone can be a Truthsayer. It's a matter of self-honesty about the nature of your own feelings. It requires that you have an inner agreement with truth which allows ready recognition.

It's the simple truth,
Your will and mine,
Create the divine,
Our love is the proof.
