Yes. I'll just go & refresh my memory how to do it before I try & tell you (unless someone's answered in the meantime).

Instead of going into someone's bubble icon thingy, go to your private messages page, and select the tab headed, "Compose" (top, furthest right).

Then use the drop down box that brings up an alphabetical list of members' names. Any you click on will come up as an addressee, and you can select a few at once (not sure what the maximum is).

I think Pming everything would be a pain in the arse, it's a bit fidgety for document viewing etc....

It's only an idea, but I think some type of work area is needed, so articles can be looked at before going onto the front.

Just a suggestion but why not use the storm shelter site for compiling news drafts.
