You can't just go fucking around like that. You forgave his sockery by voting him back in. At that very point his previoous presence in another guise became moot. You cannot just turn around now and say you were wrong to let him back so he must be banned. It's bullshit.

No, Dubs - he's proven himself to be a troll, imo. That's why people have voted him out. Just as they voted him in when believing his trolling as CF was not his normal conduct.

Whereas there should have been no ban even in the context of this thread. The ban was arbitrarily and undemocratically imposed.

That isn't what happened.

We gave him a known troll the benefit of the doubt, we turned a blind eye to yellow card offences and he earnt himself a straight red (that was voted upon as a group) for insulting the community.

There's only one person responsible for his ban, and that's him. He stuck two fingers up to our kindness and paid the price.

Yes it is undemocratic. No-one gave me the evidence i asked for before the ban was imposed. I may well have voted no.
A two thirds majority is the accepted norm. 63% aint two thirds, my vote would have lowered that percentage further if i had been given my chqnce to make an informed decision and voted...no.
This vote was trumped up and so is the ban.
I vote reinstate him and start the whole vote again with evidence and a closing date set.
