*Swoons* Italian is my all time favourite!

When nephews & nieces were smaller, you could get round their awkwardness re what they would & wouldn't eat, by getting them to help make pasta dough & letting them take turns at running it through the pasta machine. They'd eat every last bit because they'd helped make it.

I've had them help make pizzas too, so that they just get the toppings they like.

Was going to show you some of the wedding cakes I've made, but can't as they're on H's PC which is code locked & pad-locked so that I can't get in - have only got Al's 6th b'day cake. He kept demanding a Nosferatu one, so I let him think I'd made one with frolicking teddies on.

@Gilly, I've tried that with my demon...letting him help make things in hopes that he would eat it... no such luck here, the little bugger knows what I'm up to, and while he'll help until your ready to pull your hair out, he wont touch it once it's on the plate in front of him.

Although he's been eating spaghetti since he was 2 months old (his uncles from Italy came in, spent 10 minutes arguing over how to turn the pasta into mush so they could feed it to him ).
