I really hope that is a fake tweet. :D

I didn't see the game but the radio folk seem to be unimpressed. Should be an interesting day for transfers tomorrow.

Don't think the 'fro is much of a creative player... more a midfield bully to win the ball back & break up play.... plus, stick him up top for set pieces etc. Rumours of Herrera agreeing a deal subject to a medical.... that's the creativity required. Can't believe United aint in for Oezil. Missed a trick there but a tad pricey!

I think the thing with Oezil is that Utd have already got Rooney & Kagawa to play that position, although he does play wide either side as well. Looks like Herrera deal might be off.... apparent;y Utd reps have left the deal due to some beaurocratic nonsense ffs!

Hearing the most bizarre reports about United's deal for Herrera, which has now been called off due to the fact they didn't realise it would cost an extra £8m due to Spanish tax laws. Apart from that absolutely amateur mistake, (everybody else knew), apparently the 3 representatives from United conducting the deal were imposters! wtf is going on?! Ed Woodward has shown himself up to be a total clown. :roll:
Spanish football writer Andy West: "Some bizarre reports coming out regarding United's collapsed Herrera deal. Apparently a group of men claiming to be United representatives spent an hour at the La Liga offices in Madrid today, but it turns out they had nothing to do with the club and were presumably just attempting to get a cut of the deal in an elaborate fraud.

"Must be stressed these are just rumours but the Spanish media have published pictures of men in black suits - supposedly the United "representatives" - coming out of the league offices carrying briefcases.

"All very strange and no doubt the truth will come out in the next few days."
