Not at all , and I reckon you've got the wrong end of the stick altogether. I stated clearly I'd seen clips & stills with chaps in them, but that the beasts didn't appear to be perturbed by their presence.

I never implied in any way that the only possibility was an oncoming eruption. It had already been clearly stated that it's common for them to behave like that in Spring! And I also raised the point about huge increases in helium emissions, suggesting that that might possibly spook them.
