Yes a lunging blow is possible but that would need a backwards force first, the arm blow requires the other muscles in the body to contract to permit the blow, I really can't see how this is not obvious to you, every forward motion is relying on a backwards force.

Nobody in a qualified role appears to have pronounced him dead, the two 'terrorists' were moving, 'LR' was not, I happened to have learned the protocol for first aid for a scene where there are multiple people injured.

The protocol is, the ones who are not moving are attended to first, the ones moving would only get attention if they were on fire or in danger and needed to be moved.

In this case there was no need for the paramedics to attend to the 'terrorists' not only first but not even bother with 'LR' at all.

On this footage we can see the cleaver man doing a side step boogie before he gets shot, therefore he is not chopping the car, he's moving towards his fall location.

Airway
Breathing
Compressions

No need to check for pulse if someone is not breathing.

Or if all their blood is on the floor.

Sorry dubs I don't see it, there was loads of first paramedics first aiders etc.... They would have checked to see if LR was alive, unless the police would have told them not to.
