Yea, Finnish hiphop is big thing for teenagers... Its constantly on radio. And lemme tell you, it sounds like shait. I understand 1980's rap from states.. But the finnish stuff is just goddamn awful. And many of these artist who do so great always take the easiest path... No band, nothings real, even vocals are playback, no scratching, no nothing.. Just playback, a dj who tires to look like hes actually doing something and then the vocalist is lipsyncing. Or in some cases, is NOT lipsyncing, just making random aah! yo! and shit in between.

That's absolutely disgusting bullshit. I can name two rap artist who have even some decent lyrics. Most are just US balck gansta rap emulation in Finnish. Its terrible.

The good hiphop and electronic music here is underground stuff. None of the good stuff is on air.

Todays kids need a decent brainwash mindcontrol programming by old metal heads. ;)

With very few exceptions I've basically ignored hip-hop since NWA split. All a bit passe since then. :(

Maybe Antabus can get a slot on TPV's The Banned show. Fancy working with Icke Junior? :hahano:

Pheony, I forgot to mention the reason why I usually stay away from heavy metal forums... The reason is, those places are often full of idiots. And I don't like to communicate with idiots. Oh yea, metal scene is full of simple and stupid people also. There seems to be an divide there, metalhead is either fun and intelligent person, or a complete redneck whos IQ is closer my footsize than a normal person.

At least this holds true for Finnish metal forums. Stupid, bullheaded elitists and morons are the majority there... Dunno about UK based boards, European metalhead often seems to be more tolerable person than a Finnish metalhead. :D It might have something to do with huge amount of bands here, people get picky because there simply is so much supply.

I think all the links are to, UK forums? Why not give them a try, If you don't like them, you can always leave.

I think it's great that you are posting your vids on, SZ and TZ, and think that you should still do so, but if people aren't really into, Heavy Metal, then I don't think you are going to get much feedback. Perhaps it's better to go where people share your interest, music wise and are more likely to comment. You can then tell us all about it! :)
