As far as your comments about bringing personal life into it irre, personally i am the same chap online as i am in the real world. If i say summat online it applies to the real world too. Perhaps it doesnt work that way with you? That would certainly explain your indignation at me pointing out that the stuff you said in this thread about being a decision maker and doer doesnt tally with the stuff you frequently post about your life in one room doing the same thing year in year out and wishing you had more of a life... if you dont like me saying that dont post that you prefer straight talk....

To leave hanging the hint that SZ members are not allowed to be members of other sites, especially DIF, is completely erroneous.
Many members here are DIF participants, who cares?

If you interpret people being respectful to each other as being cliquey, then I'd rather be accused of that than the alternative.
Setting a degree of acceptable behaviour on a forum is hard and I think the folks here have done a decent job of that so far. (No, that does not mean the mods and admins, it means all of us).

If the place isn't moving fast enough for you I recommend browsing around to top up that requirement.
I do it often.

I'd rather be a participant in a site of 10 people discussing interesting topics, passing on informative links and having a laugh than shitloads of 'traffic' gibbering garbage and boxing each other.
