1.0.1 Registration
When you register, you are registering as a personal user of sanctumzone.co.uk. Access to registered member areas is via your email address or user name and password.
We allow you access to the registered member areas of the site on the following basis:
(i) your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access sanctumzone.co.uk services.
(ii) Only one member account is allowed per person. If more than one member of your household wishes to join you're required to notify us. If you fail to inform us that more than one person actively takes part on our system your account/s maybe removed with out notice. We actively monitor users connections to our system to prevent multi account violation.
(iii) you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registered members area/s of sanctumzone.co.uk
(iv) you do not maliciously create additional registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor do you seek to pass yourself off as another user/member.
(v) you comply with these terms and conditions.
(vi) you regularly refer back to these terms and conditions in case of changes and amendments.
(vii) You are required to keep a valid and active email address stored in your user details. If we attempt to contact you and find your email address is not valid, or you fail to actively monitor the account and respond in a timely manner, we may suspend or terminate your account with out notice.
If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of sanctumzone.co.uk immediately. Your record maybe removed resulting in the unrecoverable loss of data, without giving you any advance notice.
Is compliance with the above optional or does it only apply to some users and not others?
