So now I'm like a hybrid of the two accounts.
The reasons I socked were twofold. One, I wanted some distance between me now and me then. Two, I wanted to post quickly and was too impatient to wait for activation. Yes, I'm a knob.

I'm happy for this account to be banned/deleted if that's people's will. I would ask for the old one to be reactivated though with the knobhead name if so. (just someone please tell me so i dont get blocked again ) I'm not going to be a prolific poster either way as life has moved on.
May I take the opportunity to say sorry to Andy and oi who i did rather deliberately wind up when i arrived as knobhead. Twas only cos I like yous and know you can take it... yes, I'm a knob.

I don't think socks should be banned by default personally but I do agree with DM. If one sock is banned just cos its a sock, they all should be. Otherwise we are as bad as the oppressors.
