I'm not sure that wondering why someone wants to keep a Glock in their Dolce and Gabana make-up bag qualifies as over analyszing ;)

Does anyone on this forum have a Dolce and Gabana make-up bag that they keep a Glock in?

Because 1, they are pretty sure our own soldiers wont open fire on citizens en mass and 2, they know the number of NRA members and private people owning guns out number them. Bomb their own country they might do, and probably have before, but unless it's a nuke and they take out the entire country in one go, there are still a lot of people they have to deal with.

So do you think that in the absence of those two restrictions, the US gov would round you all up?

Sure have. Tried to find it once...got too hot and I had the mother and child with me so *shrugs* not a good idea to go stomping around the area. If it was just me though...oh would I have fun :chuckle:

My brother is ex-airforce and did a lot of building planning for them. He swears under Arizona is an entire underground base (the entire state underground).

<big sigh> You know that wouldn't surprise me. I shudder to think what is going on underground these days. Actually, I have heard things but strangely enough I don't remember what, only that it really blew my mind. :O

Well no dubs, you did actually ask me a direct question regarding my last post, which was:
So because 1 in 5,000 or whatever is a sicko, everyone has to have a gun? Is that it?

Possibly. Anyone who did not conform, anyone who rebelled against the system would then be fair/fare (fuck it) game. The risks of not being able to defend ourselves and trust our military to "protect against both foreign and domestic threats" is enough to convince me we need to keep our rights. (hope that made sense)

And, I like knowing that I can be as well armed as the criminal... even though I don't own a gun right now, did in the past and plan to in the future, knowing I have the right to defend myself, my family and my home by whatever means necessary is something I will cling to. If there comes a day that it is illegal, I will still own when I can get my hands on one because a ban does not mean everyone will follow the law. Laws get broke everyday, a ban on guns only takes them away from law abiding citizens and puts them at risk.

I heard a lot of genetic stuff goes on underground. Keeping kids in cages and whatnot... it's not a pleasant though, that's for sure.

Tbh DG twas you that headed our little convo down this route, i just rather dumbly took the bait ;) but heh here goes...

Imo. If anyone can have guns, everyone can have them.
No I don't think authorities can tell us what our rights are. A society may grant privileges but that's very different.

I'd argue that the authorities made people think they need the right to be armed.

1) isn't Switzerland the one with no extradition treaty also?
2) aren't they also the ones that the only real way into the country other than a plan is through a mountain range where they can box the invader in and just open fire?
3) I hear they still have bomb shelters under their houses also, like fully functioning ones with air purifiers and everything else :chuckle:

Anyone else seeing a reason to move? :D

The only way to effectively remove any form of power is from the top down, disarming the governments seems to be the only obstacle to disarming the populace.
