and nosey makes a good point about the amount of unreg/illegal guns around....case in point what i wrote above, this was in Oztrailia after the gun law changes. People can be very resourceful when there is prohibition...i guy i used to work with used to take steel 9mm replica pistols (that were legal and widely available at the time)...and fit them out/mod them to fire real bullets somehow. They didnt shoot too straight but straight enough. And he was 19 at the time and had been in the military.

In addition to the awful health hazard, children will be brought up to think it is normal to be tracked.
