I don't need you to tell me how the evidence is not 100% conclusive, if it were they'd be in jail, all I'm saying when you add it all up, the cadaver, the blood, the dna, the hire car, all the things that are present that cast doubt over the McCann's story of abduction, it's not made up speculative evidence, it's good evidence, however it's not conclusive enough to get a conviction, that's how the McCann's can take legal action against newspapers, and the Portuguese police have shelved the evidence and had to conclude 'no murder' simply because there is not strong enough evidence in these avenues of investigation. IE they can't 100 % prove the DNA from the hire car was MMcC's it just is 'likely' that it could be, coincidently.
Coincidently the dogs both smell cadaver/blood in the same place, coincidently this cadaver sent that comes of Dr K, goes onto the key of the hire car, onto a toy of MMcC's and a few other places, nothing on a door handle or light switch?
So the questions that are left unanswered are...
How does cadaver get onto some items but not others, if it was on the car key, a toy, 2 articles of clothes, it would be expected to be on door handles etc.... even on the keys to the apartment, on taps and other utility functions, the fact that it appears not to be, would make an inquisitive mind think that the cadaver was not in the apartment for long, as there is so little contamination from 'Dr K' in the apartment.
The DNA of someone fitting MMcC's profile was found in the car, cadaver was identified in the car by 'Eddie' the dog. on the floor, near the drivers seat & on the key.
So then we must wonder why is as many contaminated cadaver scents in the hire car, a car that perhaps some time was spent in, but the same cadaver scents were not as common in the apartment, surely if it's going onto the car, it would have gone onto the bed, onto the furniture in the apartment etc....
Unless of course there was no cadaver scent on Dr K before MMcC went missing, and then after the contamination occurred they were only in the apartment for a short while before the police would have isolated it as a crime scene.
I have noticed that Dr K believes that the other two children may have been drugged, this means that an intruder would have entered and drugged two sleeping toddlers in order to pick up another toddler, who I guess would have been drugged also, I wonder why tests were not carried out if she thought they had been drugged, I mean it might have been any kind of poison, it also means that such drugs may have been traced to a near by pharmacy, I guess we will never know.
Again this is peculiar behaviour, for a Dr to suspect that her children had been drugged, and not get them medically assessed about that with blood tests.
Unless she already knew what the drug was?
When all things are taken into account about the behaviour of the McCann's at every stage there appears to be something not quite right.
For some reason it seems that all paths lead towards the McCann's but never conclusively.
It's all pretty fucked up from my perspective, there is an excuse for everything, everything needs an excuse because it's full of damaging evidence but again, no witness's, no body, no 100 % proof of DNA, just a very very very very very fishy tale from start to finish.
I don't know if the driveway has been dug up, I can't see why not but then it's a fucked up story where there is not enough evidence to charge the McCann's so then the police have to say 'abduction' until they can gather more evidence (unlikely) against them.
This is where my bottom line would be if it existed.
It was suggested to Kate McCann quite recently that the girl's body was buried beneath the aforesaid drive; she was absolutely against any digging being performed. One commentator said that if she was the parent she would be digging up that drive with her bare hands, if need be!

I think that sums up the difference between you and me. The evidence is inconclusive and so I remain neutral, after all innocent until proven guilty. You agree the evidence is inconclusive, but have decided the McCanns are guilty and are waiting for other evidence to appear which you are sure will result in their conviction.
It was suggested to Kate McCann quite recently that the girl's body was buried beneath the aforesaid drive; she was absolutely against any digging being performed. One commentator said that if she was the parent she would be digging up that drive with her bare hands, if need be!
If it was me I would consult experts in ground penetrating radar and see what they think the results mean. The video I watched talked about three voids under the ground. What does that mean? Two legs and an arm? I have no idea. It also does not appear very deep, so considering the garden was searched by Eddie the cadaver dog on August 4th and he indicated nothing at all, that suggests no cadaver smell.

I know the evidence is inconclusive that's the whole point. I have not 'decided the McCann's are guilty' it's just that the inconclusive evidence appears to keep them in the frame.
What you appear to be doing is noting that the evidence is inconclusive thus they are innocent.
But you're stating the obvious, we all know what inconclusive evidence means, it's just that in this case there is an awful lot of it.

New Mexico, U.S.A.
A witness reported having seen two men walk off into brush land carrying a spade and a corpse. The area was searched with the EVRD with no indications being forthcoming. Other assets were utilised and the body was found: buried at a depth of 8 feet, under the water table, 3 feet of cement and 5 feet of earth replaced on top the corpse that was wrapped in cling film. There being no scent available to the dog to receive there was no forthcoming eddieandkeela.blogspot.co.uk/2008/08/mar...-pj-mccann-case.html

Correio da Manhã (Portuguese newspaper) tried to broker a deal between Stephen Birch and Robert Murat. Stephen Birch was asked to lodge £50,000 with Correio da Manhã and If the body of Madeleine was NOT found under the driveway, he would forfeit his £50,000. However, if the body of Madeleine WAS found, the £50,000 would be returned to Stephen Birch but Correio da Manhã would retain all exclusive rights to the story.

Who has had the time to do that to bury Madeleine?

I mus admit it was in the back of my mind the money circus that has developed around this case and the the McCanns must be sick of it and very suspicious and fed up with people promising them and failing to deliver. Hence they have gone back to the good old police to investigate.

Blue Tackler have you thought about opening a free school and teaching BT suspicion studies, you could do a course on the Reg numbers of German military vehicles in relation to CSA, you could teach the NPT and how to critique Judy Wood's theories with an even stranger theory, and a course of lectures on the Mccans and why you think they're guilty.
You could also teach anti-history, make up some story about a hidden elite secretly controlling all events, like it's all some predestined script.
How does this sound? I'm sure you'd get some funding.

..."and the the McCanns must be sick of it"
Oh please! The McCanns appointed these private investigators (with some help from Brian Kennedy - double glazing BK not Uncle BK).
The McCanns have controlled and manipulated the investigation from the early hours of 4th May 2007. (They have had some how powerful back-up which has enabled them to do this.) They were included in weekly meetings at the British Consulate when the PJ gave an update. The McCanns spoke highly of the PJ's investigation - until the PJ turned their attention onto them. They were so comfortable with Ricardo Paiva.(the family liaison officer) that they had family get-togethers where the twins played with the Paiva children. But in September 2007, when the McCanns were being questioned under arguido status, Kate McCann was calling Ricardo Paiva "F*****g Tosser" under her breath (see 'Madeleine' by Kate McCann). ricardopaivakatesfingtosser.blogspot.co....s-from-her-book.html
It was the British police (working alongside the PJ) who asserted that the focus should turn onto the parents. Mark Harrison spent a week in July 2007 going through all the evidence files and wrote a summary report giving further clear advice to the PJ to focus on the parents and start looking for a body. www.mccannfiles.com/id293.html It was Mark Harrison (in that report) who suggested that an EVRD and a CSI dog should be deployed. (It was the famous Eddie and Keela who were actually brought over from South Yorkshire Police.)

Have you thought of creating some type of Xfactor like forum for truthers, that way you can sit alone and vote about how good/bad everything is. or
You can nod your head at everything that you're fed, and go bzzzbzzz at alternatives. make racist remarks, believe anything as long as it's displayed on the msm as fact, post shite on threads that has very little to do with the topic, insult people who don't lap up the narratives, and generally be a bit of a right wing, racist, daily mail reading pleb, Christian loving, Islam hating, idiot, with the observational ability of a one eyed cockroach in a perception trap, apart from that howdie simulacra nice to see you've managed to find another poster to 'cling' to, it's just a shame it's my turn
