Therefore when I made this thread, which is not for your or my own personal opinions, but for the collection of evidence required to make an informed opinion, you set about trying to derail it, tried to accuse me of various things personally.
You might notice that I have barely posted in this thread at all, despite the fact that I completely disagree with you.
I think it's already been explained to you that if you post a thread you can't dictate that people aren't allowed to post in it and disagree with you. There is no end of evidence that contradicts the idea that carbon dioxide is the driving force behind 'global warming', or indeed that 'global warming' is even taking place. Most people on the forum disagree with your view on the subject and consider 'climate change' to be a farcical, completely unscientific theory that is not even fully supported by actual conditions in the real world, let alone any convincing underpinning science.
There are literally dozens of books questioning the so-called 'consensus' on climate change. Literally hundreds, if not thousands, of scientists have come forward to question whether it is really occurring. Some of the people involved in the IPCC reports have actually asked for their evidence and name to be pulled from them owing to the deeply unsatisfactory nature of the way they were run. There is no end of evidence to suggest that 'climate science' is quackery, and not based on real world conditions, or anything like a full understanding of the climate.
In fact, this is only being so heavily pushed because it provides the perfect opportunity to micro-manage the population and create an even more strongly cemented two-tier, neo-feudal state on a global level. It's also being pushed because this is another fantastic opportunity for the financial sector to set up a massive carbon trading market, which will not benefit anyone other than a surfeit of already incredibly wealthy banksters in the slightest. It certainly won't help the planet in any way. Even the Guardian, which uncritically supports anything that can be considered 'green' has criticised the so-called carbon offsets scheme:

This is just one example, they've criticised it again since then. You can call this a 'conspiracy' if you want. I just call it powerful vested interests acting in their own interest, as usual.
I have resisted posting any of this stuff, which is just a tiny fraction of all of the evidence and arguments that can be put forward against 'climate change' orthodoxy, which I am perfectly entitled to do, and which most people on the site will agree with, to avoid any needless conflict or argument. If you want to believe CO2 is going to be the death of all of us, good luck to you. A lot of people agree with you. But it comes to something when not only do you reserve the right to believe whatever you want, but you also think that no-one should be able to challenge it! If you want to post somewhere where most people agree that carbon dioxide is a deadly threat to the human race, post on the Guardian website, for example, where virtually everyone blindly accepts the 'climate change' orthodoxy and supports every single government measure related to it no matter how draconian they are. You can't expect people to blindly accept it here, because most people don't.
