A individuals opinion that is expressed in a term that is not accepted as a actual true definition of the expressed description is not scandalous,in my personal opinion.

It's a public space hosted in the UK - so the onus is on the individual to comply with the Laws of England & Wales with respect to electronic communications. Members using that area of the site are there in agreement to the rules they accepted and are also subject to the same Laws of England and Wales. If they break the law there is an audit trail of the connecting IP and a times stamped copy of each line of the conversation - which can and will be provided as evidence if required. The archived data isn't stored on our server and we have no direct access to the raw data, so it can't be altered or tampered with by us. Which ensures it's remains a true record and maybe used as evidence. We can and have downloaded elements of the logs in the past which we can alter locally (to anonymise content), but the source data remains unaltered and intact in a secure and remote location.
