Feather , he did ask a question who deleted his post though, and a few mods/facilitators said it wasn't them ,so I don't think it's too much too ask for the him to pursue an answer?

Ive lost stuff too in the past and ive been here more than most, glitches do happen on occasion... and moreso when the host is playing up, as it is now, i tend to use google chrome as my browser because it keeps stuff even in the reply box, and i can use the back button if i lose posts, most times its still there

google probably keeps it all too but thats another story.

As I said to oi earlier, if certain people don't like me, fine, I'm not bothered, that's their right. I'm happy to ignore them. They can't ignore me for some reason; you'd have to ask them why. Even though they profess to despise me, they can't say "I won't respond to any of his posts." People should ask why this is, and if they are genuinely offended, or simply attempting to cause needless controversy.

Meanwhile, the US is getting ready to invade Syria, the world economy is collapsing, but hopefully we can rack up another 100 posts on me having one of DM's posts deleted!

Why should this thread be locked and what makes this topic less important than discussing war or economy? You won't change the war or economy you will just talk about it. So all topics are only as important as the time you spend on them. Anybody complaining on this topic about this topic could easily invest their time talking about any number of other topics.

Thing is, a lot of people like to debate things. It's why a lot of people use forums. We can, after all, all read the papers. Sharing information is cool as we can't read everything, but if you post stuff, people may naturally wish to discuss it. Particularly if they think it's bollocks - we're more drawn to comment on that with which we disagree. Thus we debate and develop our thoughts.
