A sales rep wished to thank us front counter girls for our assistance and general work with the general public - not always easy.

She took us to a nice, Mexican restaurant where I ordered some nachos for only $7 (the less expensive of the selections :)).

Wow! I received a large, oval plate FILLED and HEAPING with nacho chips smothered with seasoned ground beef, lots o' melted cheeses and fresh, sliced jalapenos! It was all so hot, cheesy and juicy.

I didn't know it was that kind of party!

The chips (tortilla crisps?) quickly sogged, melding with the beef juices, seasonings and hot cheese - mmmmmmmmhhhh! It could only be eaten with a fork! There was no way the lovely, soaked chips could be eaten otherwise.

This was not your average Saturday night, crap, high school football nachos!!

What a cheesy, spicy, moist, meaty, soggy chip delight! - and it was broad daylight, in public!!! :yup:

Alas, I fear I have no shame. :umm:

One of my favorite things to do in the spring and summer months is to grab my fishing pole, a cast iron skillet, a few lemons, a six pack of beer, and fish the local trout rivers with friends. Your fishing excursions are on the lines of what my family and I do during warm months since I can remember and also for food, never sport. Those are some of my most enjoyable moments, chillaxing with beers, iced tea, laughter and pleasant silence, and just blending with the beautiful calm of the nature around us.

Mind as well mention this wonderful and hearty Korean soup, Dak Dori Tang, which translates to spicy braised chicken stew. It is mostly eaten during winter, but ofcourse I make mines anytime any season when I feels like it :P
