I personally think that chat rooms are a waste of valuble learning time, obstruct peoples ability to lean anything of practical value or save them real funding that could make life ever so much easier if they learned new skills to save money.
Something like this,
m.flickr.com/your_recent_photos.gne?
Learning albums is what I would donate towards, not other avatars bickering against each other or false prophets who will lead them absolutely nowhere, unlike their own hands, like the hands and many minds in the link above.
Life's priorities are generally out the windows of opportunity, let it be ones own mind that opens and closes those pathways.

Hi folks,
As most are aware, there are ongoing costs with the running of this site, namely server costs and costs for features such as the chatroom.
We have set up paypal donate for members who would like to contribute towards these costs. Whether its 50 cents, one dollar or five dollars, they all add up, and your donations are appreciated no matter the amount.
There will be paypal donate buttons appearing on the site shortly, and one at the bottom of the forum.
Any funds donated will help keep this community site running and here for the long haul by going towards the monthly expenses, so we can all continue to enjoy using it.
Please note that there is no financial obligation for using the site, being an active member is a positive contribution in itself. Donations are entirely voluntary.
Regarding donation totals and their intended use - While we would like a way for all members to be able to directly access the account to view the balance, there is no such system in place at the moment in paypal, everybody would need to have full account access - which would not be secure to implement for obvious reasons.
There will however be a graph displayed, indicating the total donations balance, visible next to some of the paypal donate buttons or on a web page.
Should we reach a point where donations from members begin to more than cover current expenses, the community will be informed, and we will look at having member input on where the funds would be appropriated, whether it be additional website features or any other community projects the members come up with. We are looking at having members deciding these things with suggestions, and then voting or polling on these suggestions.
We are also interested in looking at further ways in which these donation totals are accountable to the community and site members, so we are open to suggestions as to how we could go about achieving this - none of us are here to make money guys, so we want all donations to be accountable to the members, we just need a practical and secure way to implement this, so if anyone has any ideas, post them up here for discussion.
Please only donate funds if you can afford to do so. Thankyou.
regards, Admin team.
