I think you had a possible draw earlier on. I think after 43 moves you can check me on f2 and a7 over and over again, and I can't do anything. I can't move my queen because then your rook can move, and I can't move the king out of check to anywhere else because the rook is holding the g-file.

I thought you would swap the queens off actually earlier on, you could have checked and ended up with a rook against knight endgame. I think it would have been a draw. I'm sure you were technically winning when you were three pawns up, but I think it's very hard to win those positions. It's difficult to stop the rook from zipping around all over the place, and your king wasn't very safe.

I would've traded them off the previous move obviously because I challenged your queen.... but the queen ended up in a useful position there so I decided to keep it. I thought I might be able to get an extra forcing move in before the king got pinned.

Yes there was definitely a winning move there somewhere but it just didn't come off. I think I should've played king - D7 at #27.
It's actually on the site the analysis. You can get 1 free one done per week. I've requested it but it takes a bit to come through.

btw, I was reading on the site that a common grandmaster game where castling happens on opposite sides is that the opposite pawns lead the attack. I tried it in another game we had but it didn't work, this time it was a bit more forcing.
