Yes a degree or two would eventually change the view, again you don't have to be blinded, merely in edge on shadow of light from above OR at an angle from the ground to be able to perceive the shadow which could be in larger angle to either side.
BTW you saying you personally took the pic from the ground nullifies what you said about supposedly being able to see past the horizon above.

Lets face it, contrails did exist long before the 80's, much more so from that point on though as I've often mentioned the 80's were a key technological era for globalization. Did the media start reporting on this in 1980 by accident or design?

When you see the sun setting it has actually already set so in a sense you can see beyond the horizon.

What if they are playing a double-double-bluff and clouds were always made this way and they're only now letting us see the planes which make them?

The conspiracy gets too big for me. Too much complicity at lower levels & no evidence that some of these 'events' can't be explained scientifically.

IMHO if we were being 'chemmed' then we quite simply wouldn't see it.
They're hardly going to do it with dust croppers at low altitude and the chems involved need not be visible at all.

For that matter cloud seeding need not necessarily be visible either because there would have to be clouds to seed in the first place and I'd expect them to fly through or perhaps just above clouds to do it.
