We can't just start banning people for that though. He does post some constructive stuff but tends to get on people's nerves, and they seem to get on his. It's a bit like being sat in the pub chatting away and someone else turns up who you have a bit of a chat with then he starts being a bit of a pissed up pest and knocking your pint over. The landlord is onto it & he'll end up getting booted out if he carries on. But what he's done so far doesn't warrant launching. The pissed up pest should really stay away from the pub but he loves it too much.

I'd like to agree with you but I can't.

He has no decency about him at all, and as Jane said absolutely no respect. When he wants something though, he's fine.

That's what makes me think he does it on purpose, and as such, is nothing but a troll.

He's lucky to get only a week, as for the usual support network he has, that is far less surprising than just a week on the naughty step, it was the same when scalt was winding everyone up...and now 2 threads just to discuss bt, talk about 'supply' and demand

I think Dubs was talking about OUR actions and not BT's.

He has, for years now, been the voice of SZs conscience.

AS much as I respect WUBs and Gillys sound judgement of character, I also respects Dub as the voice of the original spirit of this community's intentions.

I was not round for work and other reasons so I cannot comment on the reasons brought forward for his suspension, but I do think that the fat that we take the time to discuss punitive action as a cummunity is a good thing, however tiring and annoying ans this seperates us from the likes of DIF.

Happy Easter/Spring whatever.

@ SB...If the pissed up pest doesn't want hoofing out, he should at the very least refrain from calling everybody who posts on a particular thread insulting names, and calling everyone who uses forums idiotic etc. It's done to bait - he's successfully baited, and now he's reaping the rewards of that success.

He should stop being a nob yep.
If that's how he measures success good luck to him with that line of thinking!
Shall I get on people's nerves today? Yep.... got fuck all else to do.

I just don't think he's done enough to warrant banning. He'll get booted inevitably like all pissed up pests do.
Anyway, I've not got time to be discussing what happens to some random loony on the internet! :D

No-one represents my conscience but me.
Dubs may want that role but I certainly do not recall the post being advertised, interviewed for or filled.

i am very glad you put the word may in that last sentence because whilst it would ofc be possible it's really just bullshit.
Just another little lame ad hominem in a long line of them aimed at me today.

Sorry feather; I was just describing his relationship to SZ as I see it personally.

You, for instance, are our wise words as Thoreau is occasionally.

Along with one of our resident artists.

I didn't mean to suggest that I was electing anybody.

I was speaking metaphorically from my own very narrow POV.

Does this forum have an 'ignore' feature? I'm going to assume it does. Can I suggest anyone that really dislikes BT's posts that much tries using it?

As was said above, if he is that big of a troll then he'll be on a 16 week suspension before long anyway.

No

He might interpret it as a summons. :P

He currently skulks in the sewers filled with depravity, that make your flesh crawl just thinking about them. I watch sometimes, briefly. In part, to satisfy myself that my instinctive (though not infallible) mistrust was well justified.

That's a shame. Kunena seems fairly limited in it's features as far as forums go.

So instead of just being open and saying what you think, you throw meaningless accusations around. Grow up and be an adult about it or don't say anything at all.
