Yes the intention changed with no notice. No you cannot get a refund, I have asked twice it's only a small amount but it's the principle and oh that was a few months ago.

Wow I have just found my emails!! No answer though it was in October when I first found Earthlinggb's blog and I posted the link on DIF and it was deleted and I was warned for being subversive. I asked the mod for a refund and was told DIF was nothing to do with TPV. I can't copy my emails as I am on suspension there now. :chuckle:

All other stuff I go to Earthlinggb for, you should read his blogs on OFCOM, he is the person that alerted OFCOM to TPV.
I did what I thought was best at the time and when I knew better I did better. :)
