This is very true Coco. The human body's muscles are extremely resilient and capable of accommodating a lot more than people realise.

Aunty Abs knows about this stuff, as I have a particular interest within this field. There are some 'techniques' one can employ for muscle relaxation and it's really all about just going with it and letting it flow. I'd be happy to visit both Hada and Pheony and demonstrate some of these techniques if it's still causing you an issue.

PM me your new address and we'll get this sorted once and for all. It would also be useful if you could provide me with some pics Hada, just so I know what supplies to bring along with me.

I'm keeping my "agony" to myself from now on.

I'm also trying not to use emoticons. It feels a bit strange. I do feel I'd become slightly dependent on them.
