I had an NLP training session and IMHO I thought its was pop-psychology and pseudo-science. IOW: "hokum".

By the end of the session me and my mate we're calling it "anal-pee". The fact that this mawkish joke was funny at the time ia an indication of how boring the session was and how ridiculous the "theories" were.
